KSS coffee machine service system
KSS is a software application based on Lotus Notes that gives our partners access to the Internet for all the latest documents, product information and software parameters. It can also be used to order spare parts, and the order status can be tracked at any time.

KSS in a nutshell:
  • Automatic error analysis by reading in the error data
  • Troubleshooting support through multimedia sequences
  • Spares ordering
  • Access to product information, operating and programming instructions
  • Customer index management
  • Drawing-up of work reports

KSS strengthens co-operation with our partners. Franke’s specially trained customer service technicians provide them with regular coaching on existing and new products.
